As you enter the home the foyer has terra cotta style tiles that go through the dining room and kitchen as well. The living room is to the left of the main entrance and has beautiful light hardwood floor, a blue sofa and matching love seat, a fireplace and 55” Samsung SMART TV. This opens up to the dining room where there is seating for six. There is a sliding glass door to access the outside deck and pool area that overlooks the lagoon. The large kitchen has three bar stools at the black countertop for watching the chef prepare your meal, an oval table that seats four, and stainless steel appliances including a flat-top stove. Behind the living room and dining room is where you will find the washer and dryer. There is also a bathroom in this hallway that has a single vanity and walk-in shower and has shared access with bedroom #1. Each bedroom has the same light hardwood floors found in the living room. This room has a king size bed and 43” SMART TV.
To the right of the entrance is where you will find the remaining three bedrooms. The first one is decorated with navy blue anchors and has two queen beds and a 32” SMART TV. The next bedroom would be perfect for the children and has two twin over full bunk beds and a 32” SMART TV. The hallway bathroom has a single vanity and walk-in shower. The master suite is at the end of the hall and has a driftwood style head board on the king size bed, a black high top table that seats four, a full size mirror and 43” SMART TV. The private bath has a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Outside in the backyard there is a two-layer deck; on the upper deck you have two white rocking chairs a high top table with four stools and the Genesis gas grill. The lower deck, where the beautiful pool is, has two round tables that each seat four plus four lounge chairs. The community lagoon is in the background for peaceful and beautiful scenery.

As this house is a ranch, it was very easy for the elderly in our group to maneuver around. The pool and pool area are big with shading, so lunch/dinner outside was nice. The wing of the home with a bedroom/bathroom was very convenient for our large party. We’re definitely going to consider this house again next year.
Pro tip: There’s a beach path behind the houses on Brigantine St facing the house.

Stayed here is Oct with 1 other family. First, starting with the positive, the location is very good, only about 5 min walk to the beach across the street and short bike ride to center of Palmetto Dunes. We enjoyed our stay but house could have been much better. I’ve stayed at 6-8 other rentals over the past few years and this was the worst. A couple of major issues: hot water heater is either failing or way undersized. You could only get 2 short showers before hot water ran out and then you had to wait 30 min for it to recharge. This was a big issue for 8 people staying in the house. Next issue was the mattress in the guest room off by itself to the side of the house. The mattress was sunken in with springs pushing through and barely functional. Our friends had to layer the mattress with pads and blankets just to be able to sleep on it. This is unacceptable for a rental where you are paying good money for rest and relaxation. Would be a quick improvement for the owner / property manager to address. The house is also not well outfitted with kitchen and cookware., spices, extra bags, plastic wrap etc. I had to go out buy my own bottle opener for example as I could not find one anywhere in the house. Pots and pans were also old. If you stay here be prepared to bring everything you think you’ll need. Parts of the house have been updated but the door are very old and paper thin. You can hear everything and several of the locks didn’t work. Bathrooms are also very small, but then again we didn’t spend much time in there since we could barely shower. This place has potential if there were certain upgrades made and the owner and property manager paid attention to the details. Instead it felt like getting the economy service, unfortunately
