A real treat! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, living/dining room, kitchen, two balconies, Poolview. MW, DW, 3 Satellite TVs, WiFi. ONSITE POOL. NO PETS, NO SMOKING. ONE (1) SET OF BED LINENS & TOWELS PROVIDED. BEDS: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Single. Accommodates 6.
Located at the Villas by the Sea Resort, you will have access to the community pool, kids play area, volleyball court, fitness center and boardwalk to the beach behind the Rockerfeller Building. Villas by the Sea has 3 coin-operated laundry rooms accessible with your key cards.
Nearest Beach Boardwalk Crossover: Villas by the Sea South end crossover behind Rockefellar and Stanton buildings.

It was a very comfortable stay here. The location was just awesome being so close to beautiful beaches. The resort staff were very helpful and friendly.

Villa was dirty.1 bathroom had about 20 pieces of black hair on the wall.Mildew on the shower curtain.Neither bathroom appeared to be deep cleaned, which is what I expect.Master bed didn’t have sheets/pillowcases.The covers on the twin beds were stained.The screen door by the kitchen wasn’t functioning. Floors were dirty (shell of a nut on the floor, unused rubber bands on the floor. The wood piece above one of the windows fell by the front door when we were packing up to leave.Upon our arrival we ended up getting there around 5:45. Rental office was closed went to the villa like the paper in the window said.Ended up calling and the guy was not very pleasant saying they had called and left messages.That never happened. Honestly this villa needs a good once over on cleaning including all of the kids were playing in the pool and an employee told them they needed to be quiet. Also there is no map to tell you where anything is. Never did figure out where the workout room was.
