This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony overlooking River Run Village with partial mountain views. This vacation rental also comes equipped with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and mounted flat screen TVs in both the living area and in the primary bedroom. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.
The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and cozy furniture. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area you have access to the private balcony that offers mountain views.
The full-sized kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats four around a wooden table and chairs. The full bathroom has a pedestal sink, a shower/tub combination and is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The primary bedroom is right next to the bathroom and has a king-sized bed, mounted flat screen TV and offers great mountain views.

Great location and view. Loved being able to easily walk to gondola and all shops and dining options. Our room had all we needed and more including humidifiers and box fans. Will definitely rent there again!

Overall the place was very nice and very convenient to the gondola, well-stocked for cooking and easy parking. Unfortunately we were unable to use the fireplace because maybe the pilot light was off; called maintenance about this but they never came. Also we got locked out of our condo in the evening after grocery shopping because the door lock battery died. It took a while to get through to a person on their help line (kept going to voice mail). But once we got through the maintenance guy came within 20 minutes and got us in. Other than those 2 issues we were very satisfied and we would stay here again.
