Inside, the top-floor corner position brings in natural light from two sides with no neighbors above, a combination guests mention almost as often as the location itself.
Your stay includes deeded Gulf Place beach access, and a public regional beach access with restrooms and a beach ramp sits directly across Scenic Highway 30A. Grab the wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella from the porch and you are toes-in-sand within minutes.
A COMFORTABLE 30A HOME BASE
The condo sleeps up to 4 with a private king bedroom, a full bathroom (tub and shower combination), and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. At 656 square feet, it is intentionally cozy. The single-level layout is easy to settle into and simple to keep tidy, which is exactly why couples, girlfriend getaways, and small families keep coming back to it. The corner position on the top floor brings in light from two sides and keeps the balcony views open, with elevator or stair access to your door and a step-free interior once inside.

First time staying in Santa Rosa and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The beach was a very short walk away being right across the street, restaurants and shopping within walking distance and a grocery store less than 10 minutes away. Parker’s place was very clean and there was plenty of space for my husband and I and our small children. We had a great view from the large balcony as well. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect and exactly as shown online! Easy parking, easy access, and nice neighborhood. Inside was clean, had everything we needed for our stay, and the balcony was fantastic! Parking is free but unassigned within the complex, and the living area is snug when the sleeper sofa is open; that trade is exactly what keeps this spot walkable and affordable on 30A. The condo is smoke-free and not pet-friendly, and quiet hours run 10 PM to 8 AM. Cancellation terms follow the policy attached to your reservation, and we recommend travel insurance for every trip.

First time to stay at the property! Perfect for us! Location was GREAT! Loved the balcony for morning coffee and reading. Good view of the area from the front or back of the unit. Walk right across the street to the private Gulf Place beach access. We used 30-A Shades for our beach set up and their service was great too! Seconds away from Shunk Gully, Perfect Pig, Shelby's, and Pecan Jacks! A little connivence store was very close too. We will be back!

We loved everything about this stay! “The Slippery Mermaid” was perfect for our girls trip. Some of the light switches wouldn’t work, but other than that it was clean, perfect size, met all accommodations listed in the booking, and was in close proximity of restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The host kept great communication throughout the trip and we would love to visit again in the future!

This condo is beautiful and located in the perfect place. We were able to walk to several restaurants and shops. We had the option of 3 pools and the beach was right across the street. The condo had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the balcony at night listening to the waves. So many restaurants to choose from. We will definitely be coming back!!
