This place was wonderful for my husband and I. Clean, beyond quiet, and we enjoyed the balcony at 6am when the rest of life still seemed to be asleep, at 3pm basking in the sun, or in the evening watching surfers and the business of life. The walk to the beach just down the street was great and being able to hear the waves from home was the sugar on top. Thank you for a great stay.

We had an amazing stay at Peter and Cathy’s San Clemente penthouse! The location is right next to the pier, and a short walk to downtown San Clemente. If you grabbed some groceries before you arrived, you wouldn’t even need a car. Sometimes a location like this can be loud, but Peter and Cathy have done a great job with the building in that we never heard our neighbors and really only heard the occasional skateboarder or car. And we could easily hear the waves! So cool!Peter and Cathy were responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We will absolutely be back…a really really great experience!

I would highly recommend this property! It was incredibly clean, and the hosts were very communicative with no issues at all. The location is perfect—walkable to shopping, great restaurants, and Casa Romantica. It's also very close to the pier and beach, where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night. The view from the property is amazing, too! My sister and I had the best birthday getaway here

The condo was so adorable and had any and all amenities we could want or need. Loved the view, the sound of the ocean and all the options for an enjoyable vacation one would want. They gave us suggestions of things to do and places to go. So much fun!!
