SECOND (bottom) FLOOR: 2 bedrooms – one with private balcony, 2 full bathrooms.
AMENITIES: Smart TVs-3 with cable, DVD/Bluray-3, stereo sound system, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, full size refrigerator, wet bar, 4-top game table with expansion leaf, queen sleep sofa (LR), double sleep sofa (primary BR), jetted garden tub, washer/dryer, heat/AC, two furnished covered balconies with ocean view, common use elevator, one assigned covered parking spot, Sandpiper Run community pool, outdoor on-site grills, easy access to the beach.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival.
POOL ACCESS: The dunes side outdoor pool with cabana and restrooms is centrally located within the Sandpiper Run/Crescent condo complex. (No pool heat. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.)
BEACH ACCESS: Beach boardwalks are located on the north and south sides of Sandpiper Run building A. The south side boardwalk, adjacent to the pool, offers ramped access (new) and shower rinsing station.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
LITCHFIELD BY THE SEA: A gated coastal paradise on one of the finest beaches along the east coast. Enjoy outdoor pickleball/tennis courts as well as miles of biking and walking paths within a tropical coastal setting. Fish in the surf or on the freshwater lake. Take a dip in the pool, splash in the ocean waves, and beachcomb along the shore. See saltmarsh vistas and fascinating shorebird life. Explore Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, and historic Georgetown. Experience nearby award-winning golf courses and chartered boating excursions. We loved our 2nd stay at this property! The condo itself, although it could use a little updating, is beautiful, CLEAN. and has a beautiful view of the ocean! The property is also beautiful and is in a great location. We LOVE the Litchfield/Pawley's area and this place is perfect if you want to simply relax at the beach. Our only big complaint is that we thoroughly read the details to ensure our infant grandson could get in the adult pool with us. It clearly stated that swim diapers must be used in the pool. We were disappointed to arrive at the pool to see signs posted saying "no swim diapers in the pool." What?!?! Again, we specifically researched this prior to our booking in order to ensure that it wouldn't be a problem. We brought it to the attention of our rental company and were told that the policy changes with the change of the management company and the "swim diapers policy" applies to the baby pool, not the main pool, This was not how it was stated at the time of our booking and we were very disappointed. Other than that, we loved our stay.
