The Villa is located inside the famous Casa Del Virrey Eslava (former Estate of the Vice-King of Spain), which additionally has the best Amenities in the Old City, including additional swimming pools, a Gym, 24/7 security, lush tropical gardens and fountains, stunning rooftop deck for sunning and hanging out, Jacuzzis (for private use – requires reservation on arrival), BBQ, and 360 views of the Old City and the Ocean. This was an incredible location which felt very safe. The home is lovely and the bonus private pool is great.Monica was exceptionally responsive to all questions and linked us with Ricardo who arranged for our airport pickups and a private boat day.

The property manager was very helpful despite having to use a translator to communicate. She was super responsive, wonderful, and the place was absolutely amazing.

It was truly a pleasure staying at this beautiful villa! My friends and I had an amazing time—the place was exactly as described: clean, well-kept, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions.A special shoutout to Maryen, the property manager, who was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, and always available with great local recommendations. Her warm smile and helpfulness really elevated our stay.
