About this house rental
This house is in the historic fishing village 'Thunderbolt' which is nestled between downtown Savannah and Whitmarsh Island. Convenient to both the city and the beach this house is walking distance to Thunderbolt Marina, Tubby's restaurant and bar as well as the beautiful public riverwalk area along the inter-coastal waterway which many believe is the prettiest water view in Savannah. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen. Screened front porch and open air back deck with grill. Private parking for 3-4 cars plus easy free street parking for other vehicles if needed.

We were here with family for a wedding. The home was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed seeing the marina and boats. We loved the fact that the home has 3 bathrooms!

The home was lovely. It had the usual old-home quirks of low water pressure, hot water issues, toilet flushing issues, and electrical issues (easily fixed with circuit breaker reset ), and has an older smaller kitchen, but was charming, comfortable and cool. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying there again. Mary ( the owner) was quickly responsive & very helpful. Traveling into Savannah proper was quick. Well worth our money. Beautiful stay!

House was clean and had everything we needed for two families sharing a property! Quiet neighborhood, perfectly located to access both downtown Savannah and Tybee Island.

The house worked for our needs. There was a couple of issues. A bathroom sink fixture was loose and a door was broken. The handyman came quickly and fixed the fixture and taped the door. The deck in the back is a safety issue. I notified the property manager.
The home air conditioning worked well, the size of the home worked well for our family.
The location was good.
