Waters Edge at Holden Beach - Unit 427-B Two Bedroom, Two Bath Oceanfront Condo on 2nd Level
You will love this stunning condo that is tastefully decorated with beautiful beach décor and comfortable furnishings. The spacious open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area is bright and cheerful. There is luxury vinyl plank flooring in the living area and dining area. The owners have affectionately named the condo “SEA FOREVER” because of its dazzling views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean! Along with stylish furniture, the living room offers a large flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The kitchen is well appointed, with clean lines and modern updated backsplash, cabinets and countertops, with ceramic tile flooring. This unit will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Bedroom #1 offers a King bed, TV, ceiling fan and is complete with a full private bath with a luxurious walk-in shower, with awesome ocean views. Bedroom #2 is complete with a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, and shares the full hall bath (tub/shower combo), with a street side view. Get ready to enjoy the captivating views of your coastal stay with the blues of the sea and the sky!
Wake up with your morning coffee, or end the day with a cool beverage on your private oceanfront balcony, also overlooking the pool. Take your meals outdoors for oceanfront balcony dining, with table and chairs tall enough so that your ocean view will not be obstructed by the balcony railings!

Overall was a very nice condo and complex. Ours was nice and updated, pool was great. We stayed on 427A Waters Edge. My parents and sister stayed in 427 C, however, and their condo was terrible- outdated, musty smell, non-working door lock and dishwasher. The only thing about our stay that I didn’t like was that we couldn’t check in early. We arrived on the island a couple hours early. My info said not to call about early check in,(that we would be contacted if the place was ready early), so we didn’t. We did stop by our condo, there was no cleaning activity and the place looked clean from the widows, but we never did receive a message about the place being ready early.

What more to say, with a family with two kids under 8 having the beach at our fingertips and a nice size shared pool, this place is a must rent. We will be back!
