This downstair condominium studio is furnished with approx. 400 sq ft living space, ensuite room and majestic Santa Rosa Mountain view seen from bedroom or private patio. The resort also includes a clubhouse, gym,12 pools, 11 spas, 19 fountains, a hammock garden, outdoor fireplaces, trail, etc.

Includes kitchenette with toaster, microwave, coffee maker and mini-fridge. The charming french doors open onto a tranquil patio, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and and shimmering lights from the palm trees complement romantic evenings. The bathroom features deep soaking tub and stall shower with floor to ceiling tiles. Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi (200+ MBPS), Cable TV with 100+ channels including HBO and Showtime, Smart TV (Netflix, HULU, Prime Video, YouTube etc.), ceiling fan, and fireplace.

Ok, two super noisy tenants during the week. Never heard talking and yelling by kids so clear before. Will not be renting that spot again. Thanks
