The owners of Sapphire #1106 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

IMPORTANT: Upon booking our property, you will receive a request to complete and sign our rental agreement. The principal booker must provide specific information required by our Safely insurance. Please note that a light background check will be conducted by Safely on behalf of our beach real estate investment.

You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

VayKLife is a premier BEACH Equipment Rental Company offering top-of-the-line gear for your perfect beach day. You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

SAPPHIRE RESORT FEES CHARGED SEPARATELY: $44/NIGHT LOW SEASON & $49/NIGHT HIHG SEASON

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

4. Pets ~ We do not accept pets in this building. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

5. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

6. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the trash chute located in the same floor of the condo. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

8. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

10. Absolutely, no hanging of garments or towels to dry on the balcony railings.

11. IMPORTANT: A resort fee of up to $49 per day will be charged to renters; fees are capped at $250 and $350 during March and April. Charges will be invoiced after booking.

Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

Subletting not allowed.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund. During the Spring Break and Holy Week Season, Sapphire will only accept bookings from families compose of fater, mother, kids and grandparents ONLY.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations for nightly bookings made directly with Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals will qualify for a 96% refund if they occur more than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date. It is important to note that a service fee of $25 will apply to all cancellations, irrespective of when they are made. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date. This policy does not apply to reservations that benefit from monthly discounts. If you make your vacation reservation through any other online booking methods, please consult their cancellation policy.

The host will not cover the costs of a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses resulting from a disruption in utilities, which includes water, internet, cable, or electrical services. Should there be an interruption of water, internet, cable, or electricity lasting longer than 8 hours, guests may choose to cancel their reservation and seek a refund for the unused nights. However, please note that we will not issue refunds for nights that have already been utilized.

The condo is large and well appointed. Appropriate room to spread out-- sleeps up to 8 with a King room, a queen room, and a 2-queen room. Room four couples (2 that don't mind room sharing) or a family of 5 without doubling up the kids in beds. Kitchen, washer dryer, and comfortable living space. TV in each bedroom and in the common area. Good wifi signal in the condo. Not that you'll likely spend much time indoors in SPI, but it was nice to know we had a safe and cozy place to land each night. Resort is great-- pool and beach access were perfect for our trip. Location is just right. On the main drag but away from the late-night noise. Only 3 other condos on the floor; didn't see/hear anyone throughout the stay except folks from other floors in the elevator. View faces the beach with 4 chairs on the balcony to enjoy sunrise (East facing) and you can see the resort's pool and Margaritaville's pool and outdoor bar next door. Only the owner's suite (king room with ensuite 5 piece bathroom) and the common area have windows/view. The common area is sliding glass door to balcony. Nice condo, great view; would recommend to anyone going to SPI for vacation.

Great experience with the family. We celebrate New Year at our condo and the experience was great. We had great weather, the service at the facilities was perfect, pool and beach incredible. We are ready to come back very soon.

After receiving multiple texts and emails. days in advance, from my host regarding a simple check-in at the front desk, there was no record of our reservation. We called the hosts number, & we were told that there was nothing they could do and we would need to call VRBO. Are you kidding me? After 12 phone calls over an hour from both the front desk & myself, another gentleman came to The Sapphire & finally allowed us to check-in. I don’t think the property owners & the front desk see eye-to-eye…neither wants to help out the guests staying at the property. We found out that 3 other families had the same issue during our stay
