About this house rental
You name it…… this home has it! Location and space is everything with this handicap friendly property, as beach access is just a short stroll away. This large, multi-story home features an inverted floor plan with two covered Trex Decks outdoors- both are wheelchair accessible. Equipped with an elevator, this incredible beach home features a total of 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms include private baths with five foot showers except for the bunk room. Three king beds, two queens, and two sets of bunks so the whole family has plenty of space to relax and unwind while on vacation. A total of nine TVS (one in the living room, one in family room, and one in each bedroom) with cable TV, wireless internet and wireless printer. You will find gorgeous private oasis in the rear with a large private pool and hot tub for the ultimate private resort-style vacation. After a day at the beach, rinse the salt and sand off in the private enclosed handicap accessible outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The inverted floor plan allows for scenic views while cooking and dining. Hardwood in main living areas with carpet in bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. ADA compliant handicapped friendly bedroom with an iComfort motion perfect adjustable Serta mattress, which opens to the deck. ADA compliant en suite bath with 36 inch doorways and shower seat. This home even includes a private beach wheelchair!
Hungry for some of the Island's best pizza? No worries, this home is located right next to the very popular Pepperoni Grill Restaurant. Turn the other direction and find the brand new pirate ship playground with splash pad at Middleton park only a couple blocks away! Middleton Park is also home to the Summer Concert Series and many vendor/farmer markets and expos throughout the year. The park includes an amphitheater, softball field, basketball, pickleball and tennis courts.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. House was great. No problems. Your picture shows direct view of the ocean,but someone has built a house in front of it. You might want take a new picture. That wasn’t a big problem, but some people might think so.

This house has the best location on the beach! The rooms are all very spacious with clean updated bathrooms. The kitchen is incredible with 2 sinks, dishwashers, and fridges. More than enough room for our group of 10. The beach wheelchair was the best addition - and it made it possible for my 83 year old mother in law to walk the beach with us because we could wheel her across the street, up the dune and onto the flat part of the beach. We walked to almost every dinner and ice cream spot. The only issue we had was the main door keypad was dead - but we got into the elevator and opened it from the inside. That was never resolved, even though we reported it immediately.
I would highly recommend this house!
