Whip up a tasty meal in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy one of nearly endless restaurant options easily within walking distance. Gather with friends and family alike in the open floor plan and enjoy the pretty view, or enjoy a quiet, yet entertaining evening at home watching a movie on the flatscreen smart TVs. Or, take a short ride to the Ocean City boardwalk and have a ball eating fries, riding the Ferris wheel, or just strolling along the boards oceanside. At the end of the day, return to your peaceful retreat and plan your next adventure.

THINGS TO KNOW
A $75 fee for building use and vehicle registration is paid on-site and due upon arrival.
Outdoor shower available on-site.
The oceanfront outdoor pool is open seasonally.
There is an electric fireplace that the guest can use during the winter season.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
