only 10 minutes from restaurants but total privacy on 62 acre farm with modern house and all amenities like screened porch and deck with tranquil view of rolling hills and 1.6 ac stocked pond. Enjoy nature from the deck or a walk in the woods and around the pond stocked with fish!

Our extended family had a fantastic Christmas holiday at Bill’s farm. There was plenty of room for everyone, and our teens enjoyed catching fish and exploring the grounds. There were plenty of dishes and pots for preparing our holiday meals, and everything was super clean and comfortable.

The property is beautiful! Every morning I enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch overlooking the gorgeous pond. It was so peaceful. We enjoyed fishing in the pond and watching our grandchildren catch their first fish. We created some wonderful memories on this trip!

This home was perfect for our family stay in Lexington. Tucked back away from the road, we loved the privacy of this home while still only being minutes from Lexington. The home itself was spacious and clean. Our boys ( 4,6,8) enjoyed hours of fishing and did not want to leave. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you Bill and family for sharing your beautiful home with us.
