Our stay was FABULOUS! The house is lovely and the patio with pool and hot tub is AMAZING. House was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Our host was wonderful!!!! She responded promptly to any questions we had….. she even reached out and told us the property was clean and we could get in a few hours early!! if I get to return to Cape Coral, I would re-rent this house without any hesitation. Thank you again to our host.!

We stayed for two weeks in March. The hot tub and pool were wonderful! We spent a lot of time in the beautiful lanai, appreciating the sunset skies. The house was in a convenient location to lots of great restaurants and shopping. Easy to go across the bridge to Ft. Myers, or just enjoy all Cape Coral has to offer.

We stayed here for the month of February. The home was very nice and we really enjoyed our time there. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the beds were comfortable. Melissa was a wonderful host. We hope to go back there again some time.

The property was nice and well stocked, the issue we had was first with the hot tub not working, called and she said she would get someone out to fix, in the meantime I got it working, have a similar one at home. Service man never came for that issue. We were there in Dec. temps in mid 70's during day and high 50's at night. Pool would not heat, kept locking out on high refrigerant pressure, called she sent out a tech and he informed us that the pool heater is about 1/3rd the size it should be, in addition the pool pump shuts off all night so heater never has a chance to catch up even with solar cover on, so we never got to use "heated" pool. Owner did get us a gift certificate for dinner, but it does not replace the fact we spent around $2000 for a unit with heated pool that we could not use. I am only guessing this is not the first time this has happened.
