Elevated complex means you still get sweeping views of the sandy beach, gulf waters, and Alabama's best sunsets. 220 is a 2 bedroom / 2bath unit that sleeps 6. Interior furnishings include: M-King, 2nd-queen and two twins. Fully stocked kitchen features 3-seater breakfast bar adjacent to the 6 top dining table. Enjoy beautiful tile throughout the open common area. Living room and Master Bedroom each feature private balcony with outdoor dining amenities included.

Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, lighted tennis court, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach.

Unit amenities include internet access, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, balcony access from living area & master bedroom, bubble tub in master bath with separate shower.

No parking area provided for boats or recreational vehicles.

Great condo! Everything inside the facility gets a A! The walk to the beach was longer than expected and too difficult for the grandparents. We just couldn’t trek that far of a distance in the summer heat with elementary kids and grandparents

This unit was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The views from the living room and primary suite were perfection! Check in and out was easy as can be and condo amenities were just as pictured. We enjoyed having the pools as an alternative to the beach at times.
