About this house rental
This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath canal house is conveniently located in the Sea Isle Subdivision. This community is nestled between West Galveston Bay and the beach and accessible to all the amenities the community has to offer including the private fishing pier and boat launch. The house is on a canal with easy access to the beach. The house has loads of deck space along with a bar and plentiful shaded seating near the dock. Drop your float, paddle board, and kayak into the canal for fun on the water! .
Sea Isle Community - Guests have access to the public beaches (3 different access areas), boat ramp, marina, private fishing pier, park, basketball courts and tennis courts. There is also a neighborhood bar and restaurant which offers great food and drinks. Sea Isle is a safe and family friendly neighborhood which is buzzing with activity in the summertime.
Kitchen - The kitchen is well equipped to fulfill all your cooking needs. There's a full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, bakeware, storage containers and both a coffee maker and Keurig (K-cups).
Living Room - The spacious living area is furnished with plenty of seating and a 55 in. flat screen TV.
Bedroom #1 - King Bed
Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed
Bedrooms #1 and #2 share a Jack & Jill bathroom with shower.
Bedroom #3 - Queen Bed with personal bathroom with shower.
Bunkroom downstairs - three twin beds with a half bath.
The house has Xfinity (Comcast) TV service for both TV's. Additionally, there is Xfinity high speed internet access (800/40) with Wifi throughout the home.
We have a pack-n-play for your little one.
Laundry Room - Full sized washer and dryer located in an unfinished area downstairs.
Outdoor Area - Outdoor shower downstairs, barbecue pit, picnic table, and lots of lounge chairs.
Fishing - You can fish right off the dock. Also, it's 100 yards on your boat or kayak to West Galveston Bay. Also, the house comes with access to the private neighborhood private fishing pier.
House Dock: A boat may be kept at the dock during your stay. The boat lift is not operational (waiting on parts). A boat may be secured in the dock, but it can't be lifted out of the water.

Our family had an fantastic time while staying at this property. We really enjoyed the location of the property because the Sea Isle community has so much to do...between the beach, fishing from the pier, at the house, and from our boat that we were able to keep at the slip we were very busy the whole stay doing fun things our family really enjoys doing. The house was very clean and the property owners were very generous in having just about anything we needed, but had forgotten to pack. This trip was the easiest check-in thanks to Amy being such a great host. Our family highly recommends this vacation rental and we can't wait to do it again!
