About this house rental
4 bedrooms, sleeps up to 11! "Adventure Awaits!" Amazing location! Bike or walk just a few blocks to the Applegate trail, which leads to Coler Mountain Bike Preserve where you can ride amazing trails, enjoy the creek or check out Airship Coffee at Coler that is only accessible by the trail! Minutes to Downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges, the new Marrs Mercantile, Thaden Field, Osage Park, shopping & more. You will have the entire house to yourself, plus an attached 2 car garage to store your bikes. Located on a small cul-de-sac for a quiet stay off the beaten path but close to all the fun!
Room to comfortably sleep 11 people in the 4 bedrooms with 6 beds (king bed, queen, queen, & 3 twin beds (bunk bed and one is a trundle with a regular mattress not a thin trundle mattress). Airbed for more guests is available upon request. Upgraded mattresses on all the beds! Great amenities and upgrades to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable such as:
*One story home without stairs to enter
*Welcome basket with basic snacks and bottled water, candy bowl and a few things to hold you over until you get to the grocery store. Insta Cart and Walmart delivery are available at this location so you can always order ahead!
*King Bed in master suite with private bathroom
*Queen beds in two other bedrooms
*Bunk bed- twin sized beds- in bunk room
*Twin bed trundle with upgraded mattress- in bunk room
*Highspeed internet and WIFI
*Central heat and air conditioning
*Extensive "Welcome Guide" provided at the home with information about the area, places to eat, attractions and more. We hand selected our favorite local spots to eat, favorite trails and attractions! We are locals, so we know where the best places are! If you have any questions or would like specific recommendations for special occasions like anniversaries, please let us know and we are happy to give suggestions! This isn't your basic run of the mill guidebook; we spent time making sure you have all the info you need!
*Fully stocked chef's kitchen with service for 16, pots & pans, baking sheets, muffin tin, bowls, hand mixer, toaster, cooking utensils, basic spices/cooking sprays, cutting boards, knife block, crock pot, coffee station (Keurig, 12-cup drip coffee maker, Keurig pods, creamers and sweeteners), and everything you need to prepare a great meal!

*French door fridge with ice and water in door and second ice maker below (great for coolers)!
*Separate pantry
*Room to seat 9 people for meals (dining table and breakfast bar) plus seating for 4 on back patio table
*2 Full bathrooms- tub/shower in hall bathroom, walk in shower and tub in master bathroom
*Large living room has a large sectional couch, gas fireplace and Smart TV with Samsung TV+(Over 180 channels of live and on demand tv) you can also stream your own apps. Comfortable swivel chair as well!
*Covered back patio with dining table (seats 4) and propane gas grill. New gas fire pit with chairs!
*Master bedroom has a king bed, TV with Roku to stream your own apps, private bathroom with separate soaking bathtub(we keep the jets turned off), walk in shower, double sinks. There is a bench for suite cases and a comfortable armchair.
*2nd bedroom has a queen bed and small desk so you can also work if needed!
*Washer and dryer with detergent pods included
* Fenced back yard with covered patio and gas grill. Peach tree in backyard produces a lot of peaches (when in season) and are free to guests if they would like!
*Board games for kids and grownups alike!
*Dogs are welcome with pet fee of $125 per stay per dog, please notify host if you're bringing your furry friend and add the pet to the reservation.
*Stroller and pack n' play and high chair available upon request
*Close to parks and lakes as well as miles of walking, biking and hiking trails!
*Professionally designed throughout with peaceful spaces and calming colors. We often get comments from guests telling us this home is an "oasis!" Careful attention to detail was used when selecting furniture to provide comfortable and relaxing areas.
*Located on a small cul-de-sac that is peaceful and quiet. Room for the kids to ride their bikes without having to worry about traffic! The 2-car garage has a mini fridge that is perfect to throw some drinks in while watching the kids ride their bikes out front.
*Bike rack, manual air pump, hose with sprayer, and basic bike tool kit provided in the garage, along with a mini fridge!
*Cul-de-sac is a great place to hang out and watch the kids ride their bikes.

Exceptionally great house and great communication with Jaime. Super clean, conveniently located and had everything you could need for your stay (even had a steamer in the the closet which came in quite handy since we were in NW Arkansas for a wedding.)

The property was amazing - liked that it was pet friendly. It was located within 10 minutes of downtown Bentonville and stores ! The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed for our stay. Easy check-in and check-out. We highly recommend the property !
