The main picture of the property on the VRBO listing is not this property, it is the neighbors. The outside of this property is in much need of TLC. A lot of deferred maintenance is needed. The Deck and stairs needs power washed, real bad, and some new paint. It is very dirty, currently. The outside areas are over grown and needs some landscaping. There is no TV is the main room, off of the kitchen, where most people congregate. Very interesting. I tried messaging with the owner through VRBO twice prior to arriving as I had questions about the downstairs bedroom, that went unanswered. The good things are, this is a perfect location, along with your own dock. The inside of the property was in good conditions with only some minor deferred maint issues. I'd give them a 4.5 for the inside, 5.0 for location, and a 3 for the outside. We had a great time as a family, but we stay at places like this often, all over the country, and the outside deferred maint really surprised me. Hopefully this helps and they don't get offended.
