Relax and enjoy with the whole family at his peaceful and entertaining place to stay. The sunsets are a must see!
Lake June is a sandy bottom fresh water known for bass fishing, boating, water skiing and many other types of water activities. The deepest part of the lake is 40 feet. Access to boat ramp, boat and jet ski rentals are less than 5 minutes away.
Our smoke free lake house is situated very close to downtown Lake Placid, where you will find grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, thrift shops, spas, barbers which are less than 5 minutes from US highway 27 and no more than 7 minutes from our home.
*Please be advised that this area at times may have "blind mosquitos" (aquatic midges) and/or love bugs, they do not bite or carry disease but can be a bit pesky at times.

Clean beautiful spacious. Host needs a leave a instruction manual for some of the bigger electronic items in house but after some small thinking we were able to use everything. Kayaks SUP jacuzzi cards pool table ping pong & more. Slide has water pump so you are not sliding on hot plastic. Plenty of fans to beat the sweating. We loved all the outdoor seating areas. Perfect. I would definitely rent again. One down side was is that there are no tvs IN EVERY room. Bummer. There are tvs outside don't think they work or we could not get them to turn on. So I would suggest to host to add tvs to all bed room. Smart TV so we can cast from our phone or log in to apps. All in all I want to go back. Super happy family. 2 teens 2 kids 6 adults. No one cried for space

Property is beautiful and thoroughly enjoyed by all Everything is perfect We enjoyed pool table, ping pong, kayak, paddle boards, hot tub w jets. The swings and sat around fire pit …We rented a boat from lake june pontoonAnd cruised the lake. Thank you for everything Our pets loved the huge yard :)

This property delivered in all the right ways. We were there for a book retreat weekend and it had enough reading nooks, outside lounge areas and social areas for all 8 of us. It was quiet, relaxing and so cozy. Would highly recommend.
