About this apartment rental
If you like the finer things in life at a reasonable price, then look no further. Close to all of the great amenities of downtown Scottsdale, walk across the street to Fashion Square, Scottsdale's premiere shopping with great restaurants and renowned Camelview movie theater. The Phoenician Resort is your neighbor as are many other world famous golf courses. Close to Spring baseball, gorgeous hikes, ASU, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and the center of Metropolitan Phoenix. The complex has four community pools, outdoor games, on-site maintenance, BBQs and nice laundry room all within 100 ft of this perfectly located ground floor unit. There is a covered parking space and immediate access to back of unit from back patio and open parking, which makes carrying in bags a breeze.
This unit sits back in the complex and is nice and quiet looking out on to Camelback Mountain. The unit has flat screen, smart TVs & Blu-Ray players in both living area and bedroom and wi-fi. Walk-in shower, sofa, recliner, high-end furnishings, good storage, both inside and outside dining, all stainless and premium appliances. There are so many good restaurants around that you don't need to ever cook, but if you do wish to cook or entertain, this unit is all set up for you with quality dishes, cookware and bar ware. Bedding is important, and this condo features a newer Beauty Rest inner spring, pillow top king size Bed, with high thread count sheets and good quality pillows.
We have remodeled and appointed this condo with love for our visiting family and our new guests/friends that will be staying with us. We look forward to welcoming you and thank you for considering staying with us.
We regret that we can not offer discounts during the months of Jan-March, but we are open to multi-month and last minute discounts the other 9 months of the year. Also, please note that the State of Arizona does not charge lodging tax for stays over 30 days so longer stays may save you money.

Beautiful little condo
Comfortable bed and clean, soft sheets
2 televisions with lots of stations, Netflix, etc...
Good wifi
Floors a little dirty when we arrived. We took a shower, and after walking for a few moments, our feet were dirty. Difficult to see because of the ceramic floor, but it showed that we should have mopped it before our arrival.
Same thing for the outdoor furniture....given that the place is small, there is no kitchen table for eating inside, only the kitchen counter, which leaves only the outdoor set for eating at a table, and when we arrived to sit down all the cushions and furniture were very dusty. It would be nice to give the outdoor furniture a quick wash and vacuum before the arrival of new guests.
The fridge is in very good condition, and it makes ice automatically, which is much appreciated, garbage disposal (wow), and a very good dishwasher.
On the other hand, the cutting boards need to be changed, please throw them away and replace them, they are no longer very appetizing!!
We had a good stay, quiet place.
