- Parking for up to five vehicles in driveway only; no street parking and no blocking the right garage door farther from the house.

- Guests must sign rental agreement, pool waiver, and house rules before stay.
- cancellation fee of 3% May be required to help cover credit card processing fees.

My stay was great. The host was responsive and very helpful. Spacious and clean home. Highlight was the backyard which included a pool, swing set for kids, grill, fire pit. Nice neighborhood. I would high recommend.

We enjoyed the property until we were invaded by bugs. The kitchen had what appeared to be roaches running all over the counter tops and coming out of outlets.. they said they would have someone come right out.after we left.
