Our home is nestled along the serene shores of a picturesque lagoon in the highly coveted OZONA and is perfect for a romantic vacation for 2 or a family of 10. Mere minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico and the pristine splendor of Honeymoon Island State Park, Caladesi Island, and Clearwater Beach.
This tropical paradise offers a year-round heated pool, jacuzzi, large screen porch, and fire pit.
Upstairs features 3 bedrooms, 2 queens and 1 king. Kitchen, family room with fireplace, and hardwood floors except the bedrooms.
Downstairs features a queen room, bath, pull out sofa bed, family room, garage with washer and dryer inside it.
The backyard features a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit and dock.
Pets are allowed... though, you are responsible for cleaning up after them!!
World class golf is 10 minutes away at Innisbrook Golf Resort... where they host a PGA tournament. Plus many other golf course are close by. The area also has pickleball and tennis courts.

We had a fabulous Memorial Day weekend at this property! Well stocked kitchen, delightful pool & hot tub, plenty of towels. We took a relaxing paddle around the lagoon in the canoe & enjoyed the ping pong table. There were several high chair options for our granddaughter. The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. The Pinellas Trail is just around the corner for biking, jogging & walking. Honeymoon Island State Park has a beautiful beach just five minutes away. Communication with John was perfect. All questions answered in a timely, helpful manner. We really wished we could've stayed just one more day but instead, we'll have to plan another stay!

Wonderful House, very clean and organized. This may sound ridiculous but they actually had good kitchen equipment, like pans, bowls, dishes etc. The only real issue we had was the hot tub. There was a bearing burned out in the motor and it made horrific noise. It was supposed to be repaired during our stay but it was not. Hopefully the next guests get to enjoy the hot tub as we were not able to

We were looking for a place where we could relax as a family, have fun with our dog on the beach, and be close enough to Clearwater to enjoy all of the things it has to offer … and this was the perfect home! Although it’s a few years old, it was in great condition, provided all the essentials and some neat extras. From the pool & hot tub to kayaking to riding bikes, John’s home provided all we needed. You will be happy if you choose this great getaway & John will make sure you enjoy your stay!

Had a house full from age 1 to 81. Property had everything and then some, baby high chairs, child proofing, pool toys, beach chairs, plenty of towels; all in good condition. Property in a great neighborhood for walks, can get to a few restaurants in just a few minutes. Literally 10 minute drive to the beach. And best owner response time we’ve ever seen. Friendly, accommodating, makes sure we had everything we needed.
