My family stayed at this property for a long weekend in June, and we had the best time! The house was clean, the property was large and private, and the beach access was perfect. The host, Melissa, was friendly and communicative. The property is exactly as it is depicted in the photos; very tidy and lovely. I highly recommend a stay here.

Such a lovely beach themed home. Great view over Cayuga lake from picture window. The four bedrooms were comfy and bright. We slept 6 women with just 2 sharing a king size bed. The futon didn’t look very comfortable and was in a room you walk through to get to the others. The decor is bright and the layout is very spacious. We didn’t have to bring any linens or paper products which we appreciated. The kitchen is equipped with all the proper cookware and additionally an air fryer. There was a Keureg and a regular coffee maker and coffees to go in them. There was a nice variety of games to play. We were very comfortable although it took us awhile to figure out the heat.
There is only one full bathroom but we made it work. The half bath is in the first bedroom next to the living area. We would definitely rent this house again….summer would be awesome. Very close to Vineyards, casino, shopping and of course the outdoors!!
