Located in the small town of La Verkin, Utah, just 20 minutes from Zion National Park, Serenity Now – Color Country is the perfect home base to recharge, relax and launch your adventures in beautiful “Color Country”.
Sleep easy in this safe and tranquil neighborhood on one of nine premium comfort beds in this 1500 sqft, fully furnished home. Your smart lock entry code is changed with each guest's stay for added safety. Awake refreshed and ready for a day of exploring with Keurig and complimentary Dunkin Donuts K-cups and hot chocolate, or cook a big meal, pack lunches, or prep dinner- the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. High-quality linens and towels (including pool/beach towels) and a laundry room with a high capacity washer and dryer make adventure clean up easy. As do the complimentary soaps, detergent, and cleaning supplies.
Bring your big toys- there is room to park your boat, RV, UTVs, or other toys outside, as well as a two-car garage. Slanted curbs all-around home make for easy parking. Picnic baskets, coolers, and camp chairs are also on hand for your outings and adventures.

Good location, closed by Zion Park. Comfortable house with a good patio/jacuzzi area. Ran out of propane on grill, but no biggie.

We rented this home a few months ago and returned to the area again to see our son. It was like coming back home to stay in "Serenity Now" . We love the neighborhood not only because our son and family live there but also because everything is so close. We enjoyed pizza from River Rock Roasting, massages from Zion Zen, Indian food from Red Fort, the Post Office is within walking distance and so is Confluence Park and all of its hiking trails. The house is well equipped and was perfect for our group size of 4 adults and one child. Red Sands was very responsive to any need we had. Will be returning in November!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Besides food, it had EVERYTHING we needed. Check in and check out was a breeze. We hope to stay again when we return to the area

This is a spacious house - a good place for a large group with kids. 45 minutes from Zion - La Verkin is a nice alternative to springdale for a house rental, just be prepared for the drive if your main focus is visiting Zion. I write “well used” because some of the jets did not work in the hot tub, the freezer leaked moisture into the fridge (just a little but made our food wet) and the dishwasher had a coating of brown sticky stuff that made us not want to use it. The management company was very responsive, agreed the dishwasher needed a deep clean and offered a discount for future rentals - not so helpful to us but a nice acknowledgement of a problem. We had a blast at Zion and Bryce - the house was easy to find, has a great fenced in yard with grill and hot tub - so despite the small maintenance issues, we had a great time. Just know its a house that has seen some heavy use.
