This apartment is in a great location! The beach area was not as crowded as the places south. The rooms are very big and the view of the ocean is great considering you aren’t directly facing it. Both hosts Elliot and Gustavo were very responsive. Gustavo was even kind enough to ship clothes back to me that I left in a drawer. World definitely stay here again!

Located right on the Atlantic Ocean, The Tides is a wonderful place to stay with a family. The pool, exercise room, cafe and beach are only steps away. The condo was spacious and meet our family's needs. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and umbrella provided in the unit. We would definitely stay there again!

It’s definitely not Luxurious.
The pros:
- Location - On the beach
- Views of the Ocean
- Comfortable beds
The cons:
- Dollar store quality cutlery
- The kitchen knives were useless
- the windows were incredibly dirty
- master bathroom walls are crumbling
- a/c clunks loudly when it shuts off - this was a problem when trying to sleep. Apparently the property owner knows about this issue, but it’s never been fixed.
Overall it is a very tired and poorly maintained building and this unit is not what I would call luxurious. I have rented many Vrbo properties over many years and this is definitely was in the worst condition.
