About this apartment rental
As you enter this luxurious condo, you will be met with stunning views, spacious accommodations, and custom furnishings. The high-end finishes and details of this beautiful apartment will instantly make you feel at home.
The open concept of the first floor is ideal for the entertaining friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped, and is easily accessible to the dining area. A half-bath and laundry room are located on the main level.
The living room is a perfect place to finish your day. A wine refrigerator is available. (The Italian wine stores in the neighboring communities have an excellent selection). Enjoy streaming your favorite movies on the 60-inch Smart TV.
On the second floor, the wide-open master bedroom offers more beautiful ocean views. The built in office space and free wifi allows you to work comfortably should there be a need. But if your Costa Rican escape is about rest and relaxation, sleep comfortably in the King size bed with high quality bedding. The large en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sinks.
The second bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a queen size bed and built-in closets. A full bathroom is just a few steps from the 2nd bedroom.
On this floor you also will be able to relax, unwind, play a game or read a book in the open library. This space is furnished with a full-size sofa bed.
One of the most enjoyable areas of the condo is the third floor, roof top terrace. The terrace offers ocean and mountain views and breathtaking sunsets. A wet bar and mini refrigerator are located on the terrace level as well as a propane gas grill. It’s a perfect space for alfresco dining and lounging.
El Cubil complex is in an ideal location. Within 5 to 10 minutes walking time, one can reach the beach, restaurants and the supermarket.
24 hour security, free on-site parking, elevator to main level, and a shared swimming pool are features of this property.

The unit was beautiful and very spacious. Unfortunately, on our first night there, there was a massive storm that knocked down trees and power lines which left us without power. Good news was that many of the lights and outlets in our unit was backed by a generator possibly and so we were not sitting in the dark. The next morning we woke up to no water in the unit and were informed that the water runs on pumps and so the power outages in the area must be the cause. We managed to get through the morning with bottled water and packed up and left for the beach to make the most of our vacation. Luck for us, the power and water were restored quickly and when we returned from our day at the beach we had both. All in all we had a great time in Hermosa and we didn't let mother nature ruin our vacation. Our hostess Raquel was great and very responsive. She even had another rental property ready for us to move to in case the power and more importantly the water was not restored.
