WELCOME TO PA’S PLACE
This newly constructed modern-mountain home in Suncadia Resort boasts a huge great room with soaring 25’ ceilings, a spacious and private outdoor living space, and a fantastic garage game room. Pa’s Place backs up to a green belt and is within a short 5min walk to Battista Park! This luxurious home features four expertly furnished bedrooms and three and a ½ baths spread out over 2,800 square feet of living space. This is a perfect retreat for 3 to 4 couples or multiple families.

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring ceilings, a gas ledgestone fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 70” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious covered patio boasting plenty of comfortable seating, a large private hot tub, gas fire pit, and a gas BBQ.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 4. The large dining table is just steps away and seats 10 comfortably.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
• The main floor master has a king size bed, Smart TV and a private bath.
• The junior master on the 2nd floor features a king bed, Smart TV and a private bath.
• The 2nd bedroom on the upper floor has a king bed, and shares a large dual sink bathroom with the bunk room.
• The 2nd floor bunk room sleeps 6 across has two sets of twin over twin bunks, and two twin beds. This room also features a TV lounge for the children and a small deck.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, so please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The owners of Pa's Place have a dog that visits the cabin infrequently. Although the cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.

We traveled with three families and five children ages five and under, and had a wonderful time. The house was more than spacious enough to accommodate all of us and our various sleeping needs. The kids had an absolute blast in the game room, sledding, and playing in the snow. We were even visited by two friendly deer during our stay, which was a special treat. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful home that was a short walk to the park for young kids! Would be an amazing home for elementary aged cousins to stay in with the bunk room. There were a lot of stains on the carpet, the shower drains were clogged and the water would pool, the toilet seats and fixtures were loose in the hallway bathroom. There seemed to be an issue with the hot water which was odd because it was a tankless water heater. The home would benefit from a deep clean. The coffee machine was also very sticky, it was hard to push the buttons. Deer and wild turkeys would walk through the lot often which was very cool to see! Comfortable outdoor seating and indoor seating! The house was also in a great location since it was closer to the entrance of suncadia!
