Loved the quality of the materials and furniture, nice modern setup. Check in and communications all smooth. Only problem was that the hot water was not consistent, sometimes unfortunately had to finish a shower with only cold water!

House was great. Very cozy. Location was great. Close to downtown but out of all the busyness of downtown. Definitely would recommend.

The layout was very cute, I felt very secure as a single woman traveling, the location was wonderful. My biggest issue was that it was unseasonably cold in Austin while I was there and during the cold mornings the shower wouldn't get warm, but it was fine when I showered at night. I suspect that's not a problem 99% of the time.
