Centrally located amongst beaches, golf courses, world class fishing, parks and restaurants. Live like a local with a screened in pool, private dock on a salt water canal that leads to the inter coastal and Gulf. Bike paths abound! Beaches are a short drive away, and nightlife every night of the week is nearby. Charter fishing, jet ski rentals, boat rentals are available! This house was perfect! Had everything we needed and then some. The house is in walking distance to Publix and only a few minutes drive to Boca Grande. This is a great place for a small family or couples retreat. We will certainly be coming back.

Wow! This was a great house for our vacation. It’s in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house was very clean as well as the pool and the yard was large and well kept. The furniture was so comfortable especially the bed. The hosts are very responsive and they have provided everything we could have possibly needed. Thank you Mary and David for such a wonderful stay, we would love to stay here again!
