Are you dreaming of waking up to the sound of rolling waves and the smell of salty air? Can you imagine feeling the ocean breeze while you spend the evenings watching the sunset at the gulf from your private balcony? Pack your bags - we've got the perfect beach get-away for you! The Ocean Pearl is a 3 bed, 3 bath spacious condo unit located right on the beach. It offers a great space for multiple families that can comfortably sleep up to 10.

The Space

Create happy memories with family and friends in this upscale beach-themed home. The Ocean Pearl is located at the second floor of The Enclave, with a private beach-front balcony featuring amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. It features a spacious family room that opens into a dining room and kitchen area. All bedrooms have brand new mattresses, beddings and linens as well as flat screen smart TVs.

MASTER SUITE: king size bed, with a sliding glass door to the balcony overlooking the beach with beautiful gulf views. The ensuite bathroom includes a double sink vanity, a walk-in shower and a large Jacuzzi bathtub.

KING BEDROOM: king size bed. A spacious second bathroom is accessible from this bedroom or from the hall, and has a stand up shower.

GUEST BEDROOM: two double beds. A large third bathroom is adjacent with a shower /tub combo.

FAMILY ROOM: comfortable couch that also converts to a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodation, a matching love seat, a recliner, and a leather easy chair, a 51 inch Plasma HD Flat Screen and HD Cable service. The sliding glass door opens up to the balcony overlooking the beach with panoramic views of the ocean.

BALCONY: with a spectacular 180 degree unobstructed view of the beach and the gulf. There are tables and seats for six to enjoy the beautiful gulf views.

DINING AREA: seats 6, with additional 4 bar stools for extra seating at the kitchen bar.

KITCHEN: has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, well-stocked with dishes, pans, and utensils, ice maker, mini-coffee bar with drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker and a French press.

The Enclave is a family friendly beachfront condo resort right in the heart of Orange Beach. With less than 70 units, the beaches and pools won't be over crowded so you can enjoy the pristine sugar-white beaches and clear blue water that the Alabama Gulf Coast is known for. The Enclave is centrally located, close to multiple restaurants, shopping areas, outlet malls, amusement parks, golf courses, as well as concert and event venues including The Wharf Amphitheater.

Access Codes

Codes to enter and gain access into the condo unit as well as into the private beach access near the outdoor pool will be sent to your welcome email the day prior to your arrival.

Parking

One guaranteed parking spot with a $50 parking fee for the length of the stay will be collected by the HOA. Depending on availability, a second spot may be reserved with a $50 parking fee for the length of the stay. Make, model, color of your vehicle/s must be provided. Motor homes, trailers, boats or RVs are NOT allowed in The Enclave parking lot. Parking is very limited during the holidays and high peak season. Overflow pay parking available across The Enclave.

Reservations

Must be 25 or older to reserve the property. No third party renters allowed. Guest is required to sign a renter's agreement within 3 days of booking. A copy of your driver's license for ID verification is also required to complete your booking.

Your reservation includes a one-time linen and towel set-up. We do NOT permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property. A starter kit is also provided which includes an initial set up of trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, hand/body soap and dishwasher detergent pod, as a courtesy, in case you forgot something or need items before you can visit the store. These are not intended to fulfill your needs for the duration of your stay and will not be replenished.

Check-in time 4:00pm, central time. Check-out time 10:00am, central time. Our cleaners are committed to following the current CDC guidelines for disinfecting between guests. In order for them to do this, early check-ins and late check-outs are not allowed.

This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home, you will be charged $250 as well as an increase in cleaning fee, and any other damages.

This is a pet-free property. If any kind of pet is detected, you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to vacate the property.

A Property Damage Protection of $40 per stay will be included in the total traveler payment amount. A security deposit hold of $300 is also required upon booking.

The host were gracious allowing open communication before, during and after our stay. The condo was clean, well stocked with all the amenities you would need from home. The views from the balcony were breath taking. Great quiet location close to restaurants and markets. Highly recommended staying here!

The unit was wonderful. The owners were wonderful! The parking was horrible. This building does not have enough parking for the number of units there are. The overflow parking not so bad for week days M-Thur. but weekend overflow is miles away. You have to uber back to condo and then uber to your car. And it costs to park as well. Adding insult to injury.

The condo was very nice comfortable and well stocked kitchen. The biggest disappointment was the outdoor pool was closed our entire stay. They kept telling us it would be open and it didn’t the entire time we were there. There was an indoor pool but we had no interest being inside in the summer.
