Great Studio cottage located in Union Pier, Michigan on the lakeside of Red Arrow Highway is ideal to everywhere in beautiful Harbor Country. It’s only 90 minutes from Chicago. A place to renew, refresh, and relax. The area is experiencing exciting new updates while keeping a small beach town feel. Self guided wine tours and breweries are available. Many food options are nearby from tasty breakfast cafes to full formal dining. Weekends offer a fresh farmer’s market and seasonal fruit picking. Antique treasure shopping or find one of a kind arts and crafts in Sawyer and Three Oaks. Try your luck at Four Winds Casinos with music entertainment throughout the year.
Our cottage is the middle unit of three studio bungalows with its own designated parking. Oversized vehicles can park on the street. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator/ freezer, table/ chairs, electric cooktop, air fryer, microwave, outdoor grill, coffee maker, toaster, and utensils/ plate ware for your dining needs. In addition to the king size bed, we offer a pull out Queen sofa sleeper for the kids or extra adults. There is wireless internet and a smart TV accessing multiple streaming services. Cable TV is not available but you can cast video from your mobile or iPad. We have beach towels, insulated cooler bag, umbrella / chairs and kiddie toys for the beach.
After your sunny day at the fine sandy Lake Michigan shores come back to the cottage to relax with your favorite beverage. Sit out on the patio looking out to the expansive courtyard. At night, stroll back to the beach taking in its wonderful tree lined path to watch the stunning sunset and marvel at the starry night sky.
Besides Berrien Beach, the Warren Dunes is about 15 minutes away. In May, check out the Tulip Festival in Holland. Spend a day kayaking or fishing in the beautiful Galien River. Come in the Fall for the bountiful pumpkins. Year round there are art festivals, wine festivals, fall color changes and winter skiing. This area is not just a summer place!

Nice and cozy! Clean and quiet. Pure relaxation. My husband and I enjoyed celebrating our anniversary there. Will definitely go back.

Cute little bungalow. The bungalow itself was adorable, clean and conveniently located aside from the very close highway and active train tracks.

The property was great and we had a wonderful weekend. I was 99% sure I cleared my dog coming with David when I booked in March and have an email stating we corresponded in March at the time of booking but those messages have been cleared from our conversation chain. It feels like I may have been taken advantage of for an extra 100 fee but it is what it is.
