Curb appeal great,just as shown in the picture.The pre communication with Mark and directions he gave was excellent.Upon entering the home it was clean and welcoming. Everything was in place as advertised.We were able to find everything we needed.The location was perfect for us, we walked to breakfast and on some days walked to lunch.Shopping was minutes away from the house and it didn’t take us long to drive to the beach.We enjoyed the Florida room, the view from the kitchen out to the backyard and lake, and the ducks always came to visit.Communication with mark was always welcomed and responses were prompt.We will stay at Mark’s house anytime we visit Florida as long as it is available.

It was a great location to get away from the maddening crowd.. very quiet and relaxed. This canal behind the home was great as we sat and watched the ducks going by. I definitely recommend this home .

Mark was an amazing host & was super helpful whenever we needed him. His place is only about a 30 min drive to the beach and 20 to downtown Fort Lauderdale. There were cute restaurants and stores all within a 2 mile radius which was perfect for us especially if you don't have a car so much is within walking distance. The place was extremely clean and the back yard was perfect. I loved seeing all of the wild life too, that was the best. Definitely will be staying here again!

This house is in a sketchy part of town. I never feared for my safety, but I definitely locked the door as soon as I walked in every time. We got heckled my multiple people at the gas station just around the corner.
The house is in a neighborhood where houses are inches apart. The neighbor woke us up 2 nights with sounds of vomiting. Sights, sounds traveled from house to house. Luckily, the neighbors weren't rowdy...
The house itself was relatively clean (empty beer bottle left under the bed but that's it). Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, coffee maker, etc. Great furniture - the bed was super comfy, patio furniture, dining table, living room, etc. Linens were also very nice quality. No shampoo/soap provided, so bring your own, or pick some up at Publix.
We couldn't get the TVs to work, but that could have been our fault. We didn't try very hard.
