Great home with plenty of room and amenities. Kitchen was very well stocked, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood and nice private back yard. A comment regarding wheelchair accessibility - there is one step into the home, a small step down to the master bedroom, a small step up to the master bathroom, and the doorway to the second bathroom is too narrow for a wheelchair. It was difficult, but manageable with help, for my husband who uses a wheelchair.

We had a lovely stay, and Silvia was an outstanding and helpful host. The place was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The large backyard is a definite highlight, and we made good use of the fire pit. The immediate neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and we enjoyed being relatively close to Tampa's downtown and attractions like Busch Gardens, but also not too far from Clearwater and St. Pete. Would be very pleased to stay here again if we return to the area.

It is a lovely house and Silvia was very nice and attended to any issues right away.
However, the Rental unit advertises that 8 can stay there. Yes there is enough beds, but the table only seats 4 people and the kitchen is not stocked with enough plates or other essentials. There was only 1 tea towel for drying dishes. I purchased my own water pitcher, ice cube trays and tea towels, paper towels, dish soap and Kleenex from dollar store as well as a few other essentials that were needed during my stay. Yard is completely covered with oak leaves and acorns. If you have a dog make sure you watch them as eating oak leaves and acorns can be toxic for dogs. There was also a dead bird in back yard. My dog started to experience stomach issues during our stay and my vet thinks she got into something in the back yard. Also, there were no instructions on how to use the garburator. The device got clogged my last day and we were charged for the repair. Make sure you ask for a list of what can go down it before you use it. Overall , all we had a lovely time. The home is not too far from downtown Tampa. Enjoyed going to the Riverwalk, the Aquarium and various restaurants. My favourite restaurant was The Columbian. However, the home is about 45 min to an hour to Disney or to Clearwater beach. I think I will rent a place closer to st Petersburg or Clearwater beach area the next time I decided to vacation in Florida.
