About this apartment rental
The Loft is located downtown on Mason’s historic town square. The stone building was constructed in the 1880’s and the loft upstairs was fully renovated in 2021.
With 12’ ceilings and over 1,850 square feet of living space, The Loft is about 6x the size of an average hotel room.
The Loft is made to enjoy. Treat yourself with a spa experience in the steam shower. Sit back for a movie night on the 112” cinema screen. Enjoy The Loft’s vinyl record collection. Stop and go while touring the many tasting rooms, breweries, bars and shops surrounding The Loft’s location.
The Loft’s sleeping area includes two plush queen size beds, one foldout sofa, two lounge chairs with a table, and a flat screen television. Plus, an unparalleled view of Mason’s picturesque town square.
Coffee and toiletries are included with your stay.
The Loft guests enjoy access of a private stairwell directly on the town square. The stairwell is original to the building, and as such, please be aware that it may be slightly steeper than many modern stairs. While this is not an issue for most guests, we recommend making other accommodations if you have mobility concerns.
We look forward to hosting you at Mason’s most unique downtown accommodation. Please feel free to message any questions or special requests that you may have.

Great location and beautiful loft! Even bigger than what the pictures look. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants! Great customer service and easy check in! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful & Great property! Very unique, extremely spacious, and a lot of fun. We played some old vinyl albums on the record player, and liked the big screen projection TV. The space was very nicely decorated, well-equipped, cool and comfortable. The steam room walk-in shower was a nice surprise. Host Brett was very responsive, provided good recommendations, and made it all very easy! We enjoyed being on the square for shopping & wineries. We visited 5 of the 6 Wineries on or within a block of the square, and highly advocate making the 10 mile drive to the Peter’s Prairie for a. Ice Vineyard patio experience. Found good wines at all of them and came home with 14 bottles and some artwork. Best food was the cheeseburgers at the Twisted Fork patio behind the Fly Gap Winery - even had live music on Friday night. Highly recommend Brett’s place for a great country town stay - very laid back, with great folks in every store!
