Pros: The house was beautiful, the air blew as cold as you’d want it, very clean and the customer service was fast and friendly!
Cons: the bedroom with the double beds was missing the tv that the pictures show(not that big of a deal),the back porch tv would mess up from time to time, a little glitchy. maybe from being out in the weather not sure. and the fridge didn’t cool too well we had to use the freezer side but for a good price it was unbeatable

We enjoyed our stay at the kissing Palms. The location is great. The beach is a very short walk.Small restaurants and a grocery store are in walking distance as well. The backyard is fenced in and has a shower. The home was very clean and comfortable. Having a Dog friendly home and neighborhood was a huge perk. We had a great time.

Nice location near beach. Good layout. Property needs updating, painting, pots and pans, utensils, out door seating, inside furniture. Outside and windows could used a good power washing. Not saying the place is terrible, just needs some work.

We loved that this home was a short walk to the beach. The location was great. The layout and overall amenities of the home were also good.
We found several things in need of attention. The dryer doesn’t work well. One stovetop burner doesn’t work. The water filter needs changing. Ice maker doesn’t work. There was a nail head sticking up in kitchen that kept ripping socks. Most of the outlets are pretty worn out and don’t hold plugs well anymore. Some of the dishes were very dirty.
The communication from Vacasa was also lacking. I had one question they never answered.
We are not picky people. This home has a lot of potential, and again, location is awesome. However the abundance of small annoyances did hinder our stay.
