Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that comfortably sleeps large groups with 8 beds (including one air mattress). Enjoy modern amenities throughout, including high-speed WiFi and 4K Roku TVs with complimentary Netflix . . Nestled in a serene and secure neighborhood, it offers proximity to shopping and dining. Positioned just 1.5 hours from both Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks, and only 1 hour from Kings Canyon National Park, this home combines comfort with convenient access to natural wonders.
The heart of the home is our fully equipped kitchen, featuring a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots & pans, dishes, and silverware. Essential cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, spices, and sugar are provided, along with complimentary coffee and tea.
Families traveling with infants will find convenience in the Pack 'n Play Playard, complete with a comfortable mattress.
Step outside into our inviting backyard oasis, designed for relaxation and entertainment. A spacious gazebo provides shade over a comfortable seating area, perfect for enjoying meals or lounging with friends and family. Fire up the BBQ grill (tools provided) and savor outdoor dining experiences. HOUSE RULES. Only registered guests are allowed.
*No parties /events. If such activity is observed, you’ll be asked to leave without a refund.
• Quiet time between 9 PM and 7 AM.
* NO PETS, if pets are found on the property a $600 deep clean fee will apply in addition to the $189 cleaning fee and guests asked to leave with no refund, no exceptions, OWNERS occupy the home part time and are HIGHLY ALLERGIC.
• Do not use the Premises for any illegal activity.
• no smoking inside the house if smoking is detected inside the house There will be an extra charge of $600 to perform a deep cleaning.
• Guest should dispose of garbage in the trash can outside before checkout.
• Turn lights off when away.
• Turn lights off before check-out.
• Clean your dirty dishes and kitchen utensils if used before check-out.
• Do not use white towels, sheets and pillowcases to clean up makeup. Black makeup towels are provided for you to use.
• Do not use the white towels for the pool, additional towels for the pool are provided.
• No children under the age of 18 in the pool without adult supervision
• If you cannot swim, do not get in the pool without supervision
• If air mattress are used, put them away before check-out.
• If BBQ grill was used, please clean it.
• Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest.

This was an excellent stay! Beautiful property, just as pictured. Sergio was welcoming and very responsive, best host and most guest-friendly property I’ve ever seen. Would love to stay here again every few months when visit my daughter in college.

The house and pool were very nice and fit our needs perfectly. Our only wish was that there was a better seating arrangement in the living room.

Their was still trash left from who ever stayed their before us,
We had to buy toilet paper and propane to be able to bbq.
The front door knob fell off when we first got to the house.
I received a message as soon as I got to the home saying that the pool and lawn care people would be by to service the pool and to mow the yard. We booked this house 5 and a half months ago. If I was renting my house I would have it serviced when it’s not rented out. Since check in is not until 4 and check out is 11. The outside area is beautiful! Pool and sitting area.
