We booked this home almost a year ago for the total eclipse. What a great decision. It was a perfect place for our group to stay. It had everything we needed and then some. The owners took the time to provide thoughtful extras that made our stay special. I highly recommend this property for families.

Communication was excellent (quick, clear, detailed), and place was even better than we expected! Perfect space for our Saturday party (~30 adults and some younger kiddos over the day), with a smaller group (8 adults, 2 kids) overnighting Friday and Saturday. Flow of the indoor and outdoor space was perfect for the party (plus great games provided by the hosts!), and sleeping arrangements spot on for our group (lots of bathrooms! spaced well for decent privacy/varied sleep schedules). The beds were SUPER comfy too! Overall, excellent space and hosts; I am extraordinarily thankful as it made an important event that much more special, and I would happily rent again should I host a similar event in the future.
