⭐BOOKING⭐
- Must be 25+ to book and a member of the group staying at the property.
- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
- 10 People Max. Bringing more people than accounted for on your reservation will result in $100 per person exceeding 10
- 2 Full size vehicles or 3 compact size cars
- NO Pets
- NO Smoking
- NO Parties
- Must be verified through VRBO with a Government Issued ID and provide the host a front and back copy of state issued Driver’s License upon request prior to checking in. This is a must follow rule or access to the property will not be given and no refunds given.
⭐CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT⭐
- Keyless check-in. The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. We will send a personalized door code 1 hour before your check-in time.
- Check-in any time after 4pm.
- Check-out any time before 10am.
- Your door code will only be active from 4pm on check-in day to 10am on check-out day. Early check-in and late check-out without prior approval will incur additional fees of $50 per hour.
⭐HOT TUB⭐
- The hot tub is for guests 25+ years old only.
- No alcohol or glass is allowed near the hot tub.
- You are not to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant.
- Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign posted next to the hot tub.
- Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- No jumping or sitting on a hot tub cover. Any damages to the cover will incur a damage fee of $600.

- High Speed Wireless Internet
- Roku Smart TVs set in Guest Mode in every room. **Bring your own passwords for streaming services.**

Our housekeeping service provides a START-UP bundle of incidentals for your convenience while at the property.

There is a video camera located on the exterior of the home near the front entrance for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

Absolutely NO SMOKING on the premises.
⭐FIRES⭐
Absolutely NO FIRES inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
⭐PETS⭐
Absolutely NO PETS. If you bring a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $150 cleaning fee and you will be asked to leave.
⭐CRITTERS⭐
We are serviced regularly by pest control but please keep in mind we are located in the mountains near a National Park. It is impossible and unreasonable to think there will be no encounters with critters. You will likely see and hear critters.

Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
We highly recommend that you purchase a TRAVEL insurance to protect your trip.

Great views. Second year in a row staying in this cabin. Plan on staying in this cabin again next year. Owner stays in contact to make sure you have all you need. Highly recommend.

Great overall experience. Close enough every where we wanted to go. We are planning on returning next year if schedule works out.

House was good, views were great. Smoke detector battery chirped from 10:30-1 and message owners. They responded promptly and gave me info to get a ladder in house to change due to high ceiling. The bathrooms are very weird in house, main floor should be master bedroom based on size, however bathroom is separate. Bedroom on top floor is smaller but is the only en-suite bathroom with nice furnishings. The master and upstairs have jacuzzi tubs, the bedroom by game room has just shower. Video game table has seen better days and so has the air hockey. Love air hockey but spent more time getting puck moving or falling off than playtime. Pool table was nice! Hot tub was very nice and views were great. We had 60-90mph winds and a fire near by so we evacuated for a night, then had snow the next evening, crazy. I don’t think we will stay here again, not that anything major was wrong but just wasn’t what we want in future. very well stocked kitchen with cookware and spices! No bear sightings!
