Lux 4BR Cabin near Bear Claw Vineyard , Hot Tub, Game Room, and Mins to Downtown

Very clean and comfortable, entire family enjoyed our stay.

Loved this cabin! Perfect fenced in yard for our dogs and we could relax in the hot tub while they roamed the yard

We enjoyed our first mountain get away in this comfortable and welcoming cabin. Our family enjoyed the hot tub, game room and warmth of several fireplaces throughout the cabin. Our host Bindu was very helpful and prompt in replying to our questions. It was a wonderful get away!

This is a quality property. With a few improvements in their process/management of the property, this could be a great experience. During our stay we encountered the below issues (which were raised to the property owner/manager) which went unaddressed by the property owner during our stay. For context, we were traveling as a family of six (4 kids aged 5 and under & 2 adults):(i) There were around four towels in the house. This caused issues during our stay as we navigated bath time for four kids. We regularly washing towels.(ii) There was a quarter of a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, which made food preparation challenging. There was little to no dish soap as well, which made cleaning up after meals difficult.(iii) At various points, there was little to no water pressure such that we were concerned the water had been turned off. At various points, the water in the shower's and sinks was brown. This may be common for a cabin experience, but was outside our expectation.(iv) The propane tank on the grill was corroded such that it was impossible to use. We purchased a new propane tank and left it on the property as part of our stay so future guests would be able to use the grill.(v) The showers were not particularly clean and most had large, dead bugs sitting in the bath. Great property, but wouldn't recommend it for a group larger than 3 people or those with kids while it is currently managed by this property management group.
