The unit I booked was unavailable do to the current tenant not leaving on time. The owner found us a nicer place of his to stay at so we did not have to find a new place. He was very helpful.

We were told there would be a parking pass and a fob in our room yet neither were there. Had to go to the office to get both. We checked out a day early and notified manger and got no response. We get a phone call from the manager on the day we were supposed to check out asking us if we had a four year old in our room because neighbors were complaining. We were already home and certainly had no four year old. Very strange
