Green-leaning ( an electric car charger), and with many ADA and pet friendly features, there is something for everyone. No detail has been overlooked for comfort and convenience. Plus, it's stunning!

The Space:
This lakefront home is 5,000 square feet in size. Sleeping accommodations for up to 19 guests with a spacious open floor plan layout, and windows galore flood the entire home with natural light.
4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a special room just for pups (Mutt Room) with a custom designed doggie shower. A separate office space with built-in desks and a door to close, is a perfect spot for remote work.

On the first/main floor: Bedroom 1 - Master suite with King bed and Queen sleeper sofa
2nd floor: Bedroom 2 -A Family Suite: Queen Bed, 2 Twins, Futon couch/bed

Bedroom 4 - 1 Queen and Bunk Bed has a trundle, making 3 twins

In the Great Room - a grand fieldstone fireplace is overshadowed by the floor-to-ceiling windows offering up the scenic natural lakeside view. Look up into the vaulted ceiling to the Loft-way, which is connected to the enormous game room on the upper level. Both of these spaces are graced with spectacular solid wood beams above.

There are 2-3 stairs at the entrance, but otherwise, there is curb-less living (including shower) on the first floor throughout.
The game room on the 2nd floor is a gathering place paradise! Large screen TV, ping pong table, video games, board games, and a full bathroom. From there you can step out on a small balcony with a view of the Betsie River flowing into Green Lake.
Below is a fire pit and hot tub, open year-round.
**Please note: Firewood is not provided but it can be purchased at a number of nearby roadside stands. **

A floating dock in Green Lake as well as an anchored floating raft are available. There is also a short dock on the river side. Kayaks will be available to you as well! There is a mooring ball there to anchor guests' boats between passenger loading and unloading at the dock.

Guest Access:
Winter Guests- Welcome to northern Michigan, where our wintertime weather can swing from glorious to ferocious in a flash. Each of our properties has snow removal service scheduled to plow with each snowfall amounting to at least 3 inches of snow. If the vehicle you bring is not 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive, please be aware of the potential risks accessing the property when snow is present.

The Neighborhood:
Close to Interlochen Academy of the Arts, and Interlochen State Park

Most anglers fishing Green Lake in the summer target bluegill, rock bass, sunfish, northern pike, lake trout, and largemouth & smallmouth bass do very well. Year round fishing is allowed, and you'll see ice shanties on the lake in the winter.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $99 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please be advised that it is absolutely imperative for all renters to keep their dogs on a leash at all times. While we truly appreciate and value pets, ensuring that our furry friends are leashed or properly secured is of utmost importance to us. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have lonely barking dogs left at our property. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet.

DOCK – You can expect the dock to be available for use Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please only use the dock for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers. A mooring ball just beyond it is available for mooring between boat rides. Winds and waves pick up super-quick and can cause damage to boats and docks. There are no protective dock bumpers to prevent potential boat-docking issues.
