About this cabin rental
Comfy and cozy, located near the Nags Head Woods Preserve , this cabin is near to it all.
Three-sided deck with a front porch swing, there is tons of privacy at the cabin. The back bedroom has a queen bed and a door leading to the back deck. The front bedroom has a full-sized bed and a twin mattress roll in the closet.
The cabin is a beach box style house and requires using steps to get to the main living area. The cabin has central air and heat, which is controlled by a smart thermostat (nest).
There is an outdoor shower.

Really cool log cabin and close to everything

If you are looking for a place that is convenient to restaurants, the beach, CVS, WalGreens, and fast food, this is perfect. I’m sure it is hard to clean a log cabin with so much exposed wood, but this was nicely done. The driveway and outside though need some TLC. There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer, but there is a laundromat nearby, and it is a short walk to the Woods Preserve. The owner/hostess was very accessible and made our long stay easy. It should be noted there are 12 steps to enter the cabin.

We loved our visit to OBX. This place was close to EVERYTHING! Would definitely stay here again.
