This beautiful 47m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet chalet and comprises:
- a lovely sunny terrace opening onto a beautiful garden,
- a charming, comfortable living room,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bedroom with a single bed and two single bunk beds,
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher),
- a bathroom with shower, completely renovated in September 2022,
- vacuum cleaner, hair dryer,
- baby bath, high chair, changing table,
- a ski locker,
- TV and Wi-Fi,
- a parking space in the basement.

## Neighborhood
Located at the heart of Rochebrune neighborhood, 5 min away by foot from the cable car, you will be at the best place to enjoy the huge ski domain. All shops, including ski and equipment rental shops, will be just nearby the flat, as well as numerous bars and restaurants. In 10 min walking, you will be at the center of Megève village and will be able to enjoy all the animations, both in winter and summer. You will also be able to move around easily and join the other cable cars thanks to the free bus service. At last, in the summertime, you will also find a lot of activities around the city : shopping, hiking, mountain biking…

From the bus terminal → 15 min on foot
From Genève Airport → 1h by car
