Entire studio located 30 meters from the Flachet Metro station, on the 4th floor (no elevator), fully equipped for your vacation or business trip.
Inside the apartment, a cozy space awaits you, and as soon as you walk in, you’ll feel right at home!!
Accommodating up to 2 guests, the living area features a sofa that converts into a bed.
You’ll have the entire apartment and all its amenities at your disposal, including a fully equipped kitchen, stovetop, and microwave.
Cleaning fees cover the cleaning of the premises upon your arrival and after your departure, as well as linens.
We’ll welcome you on-site on the day of your arrival.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM (flexible) and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
Check-in is possible until 9:00 PM; outside these hours, please contact us to confirm your reservation.
Upon your departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it upon arrival.
Additional cleaning fees will be charged if the property is not left in good condition.

By staying here, you’ll be able to get around almost entirely on foot and have access to the old town, including Fourvière, Saint-Jean and its cathedrals, Saint-Paul and Saint-Georges, the traboules, and the famous Lyon bouchons.

This studio is priced well for what it offers. It is clean, quiet, and if you lean out the window you can see the mountains. It is also a fourth-floor walkup in a residential neighborhood, with the advantages and disadvantages that brings. On the corner there are a green-grocer, a bakery, a laundromat, and a "tacos" [North Americans would call them burritos] and doner place, as well as a subway and a bus station. The Velo'v bike rentals are two blocks away (in two directions). There is nothing of touristic interest, and pretty much everything closes by 9 PM or so, so if you're planning tourism or nightlife, the Metro or bikes will be your friend. The apartment has everything you need -- pull up and towards you hard on the front of the frame to unfold the futon into a surprisingly comfortable bed.

Beau petit appartement pour 1-2 personnes situé dans Villeurbanne, près du métro, épicerie et petits restos. L'appartement est situé au dernier étage de l'immmeuble avec 92 marches d'escalier (pas d'ascenseur). Propriétaire toujours dispo par courriel avec une concierge au même étage. Le futon est confortable, semblable à un lit simple. Nous avons aimé notre séjour de 2 semaines.
