Come and discover this charming 30 m² studio, ideally located in the pleasant district of Port Canto. Only 5 minutes walk from the Croisette beach and 15 minutes from the centre of Cannes.
Ideal for a stay for two, this flat has a beautiful living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a balcony to enjoy a good meal outside.

The studio :
Located on the 1st floor with lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for 2 people.
- A functional and fully equipped kitchen: fridge, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine.
- A bathroom with a shower, a washbasin, a heated towel rail, a hair dryer, shower gel and/or shampoo.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A balcony of 9 m², facing East and furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy a nice meal outside!
Neighbourhood:
The flat is ideally located in a quiet and pleasant residential area of Port Canto. You will be only a few steps away from the Croisette, public transport and all amenities: bakery, butcher's shop, supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities:
Cannes is a seaside town on the Côte d'Azur which is full of both tourist and typical activities. We suggest you to stroll along the coast to enjoy the beautiful views and the mildness of Provence. If you are eager for sensations, many nautical activities are proposed on the beaches of the region: jetski, parasailing, paddle... If you are looking for more authenticity, go to the Vieux Port to take a boat trip to the Lérins Islands. And of course what would Cannes be without its lively nightlife, restaurants, atmospheric bars, casinos, lush hotels and shops are around every corner.

Le Carla Location is excellent and the room was very nice, balcony was great too. We got there at the agreed check-in and were left confused when nobody showed up. We had already been waiting 3 hours in Cannes so were excited to get in but no one came and it took an hour and a half for them to bring the keys- after suggesting we should drive half hour to them to get them. Pots were a bit dirty, wifi password was written out wrong and the host didn’t make us feel particularly welcome which was a shame. Still, a nice stay in a great location… glad we hadn’t spent too much for our stay.
