Charming terraced house in a quiet residence in the Socoa district. A few strides from the beach, the port, the shops and hot croissants for breakfast! On the ground floor, a living room bathed in light, a fully equipped kitchen area and separate toilets. On the first floor, a small landing distributes a first bedroom with a 140x200 bed, television and open dressing room. Then a second bedroom with twin beds of 90x200. Finally, a bathroom with wc. From the main room, you access a pretty wooden terrace, protected from view by a hedge of shrubs, perfect for taking meals, relaxing in the deck chairs or taking a nap!
