With a spectacular view over the Caribbean sea, Villa Lo Scoglio is a 4-bedroom property, all with a sea view.
Two bedrooms with ensuite-bathroom are located on each part of the living-room.
A third bedroom (without any bathroom) is located in a separate bungalow
At the entrance of the villa there is an independent studio on the first level (accessible by stairs) which offers a 4th bedroom with its ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette and a small terrace.
Thanks to its exposure, the villa is nicely ventilated.
It features a pool.
Located in the quiet area of Anse des Lézards, the villa is only a few minutes drive to the beach of Flamands, the grocery stores in St Jean, the shops, bars and restaurants in Gustavia.
