Cottage near the river located in the Risle valley, 2km from the town of Rugles. At the heart of a historic estate which included forges, the place retains its authenticity. Rooms and studios grouped together in the same house, large fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area with fireplace and large table, outdoor garden with table, barbecue and jacuzzi as well as a partially isolated room dedicated to party.
