In a welcoming setting, surrounded by pine trees, this fully renovated 28-square-meter apartment is located on the 1st and top floor of the "Saint Estèphe" cottage, No. 4109
The apartment includes

- 1 bathroom with a 90-cm shower -
- 1 separate toilet
- fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, and microwave
living room with a 140 sofa bed
- 1 terrace overlooking a golf course fairway
The residence is located in the heart of a peaceful pine forest spanning over 4 hectares.
During the summer, it offers a 400 m² heated pool, as well as a wading pool, where guests can cool off and enjoy water play. Nearby is a children’s play area with swings and a slide.
- One free communal parking lot across from the pavilion, as well as bike racks.
Near the residence, there are two golf courses—a 9-hole and an 18-hole course—to explore.
Around the golf course and near the ocean, you can enjoy a variety of sports and recreational activities: surfing, padel, and windsurfing, particularly at Lac du Moutchic.

This is a very nice and quite appartment.
Perfectly located within a resort with many pine trees near to a golf club.
The appartment is very clean. It has a balcony and is fully equipped.
We stayed for 4 nights with a family of 4 people and enjoyed our stay very much.
The landlords are really friendly ans supportive.
We would book this apartment another time.
